How do I download my invoice?

Open My Bookings, then click View Invoice or Download PDF on the matching booking row.

Why is my booking marked failed?

A failed status usually means payment was not captured or the booking was not confirmed by the supplier.

Can I delete a booking?

No. Users can only view booking records. Only the admin panel can add, edit, remove, or delete records.

How do I request cancellation?

Go to My Bookings and use the Request Cancellation action when available.
